After many years as a Property Manager in Ponsonby, Marion set up her own PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND RENTAL PROPERTIES business in November 2004 at 77A Ponsonby Road, Ponsonby (above Masterworks gallery). Her winning attitude and the experience she had in this field has resulted in a successful business with excellent feedback and a huge amount of business by referral. Marion attributes the results she had achieved over the years to her strategies of maintaining motivation, passion and integrity, with a huge emphasis on continual communication.

  • Over 15 years experience in this industry with sound local knowledge.
  • A Diploma in Real Estate
  • AREINZ Licensee status with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand
