Stain Removal, Cleaning and Fix-it Techniques
Over many years as a property manager I’ve had to deal with a multitude of things that go wrong with properties, where I just had to find a solution and get it fixed. It has occurred to me for some time that I should pass the knowledge on. I’ve discovered there are some problems that can be fixed immediately with very little effort, and others that need a bit of thought and reference to the techniques gathered over the years. Mostly, I’ve discovered … there’s never a need to panic!

I trust the booklet helps you. I am open to your experience too, so feel free to send me your own hints gleaned over the years. From a wise old tested property manager …
